House Sitter Leicester
Hello, we are a retired couple currently living in the USA near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We travel at least once per year to Leicester England, UK. We have relatives in Leicester, we were married in Leicester and we used to live in Leicester about 38 years ago. So, we know how to find the clock tower :)
We are interested in house sitting while we are in Leicester and are available for stays of 3 weeks to 3 months. Since we are retired, Our schedule is very flexible and we can travel to Leicester any time of the year. We are very honest, dependable & reliable, non-smoking, christian family. We can take care of your pets and even farm animals. We own a small farm and over the years have raised cattle, horses, chickens, ducks, turkeys, goats, cats, dogs and sheep. Oh, yea, I shouldn't forget, we raised three of our own children (now adults). We can certainly provide good references in Leicester and the USA.
So, if you are going on holiday and need someone to look after your property, pets and belongings. We would be glad to be your Leicester House Sitter in exchange for letting us reside there until your return.

Family
We have three children (all currently married) with four grandchildren located in the USA. Located In Leicester we have two Nieces, a Sister, an Aunt and several Cousins. Also, we have several more cousins located throughout England and the UK.
Home Care Experience
The first home we purchased was one that needed to be fixed up. We spent a year fixing up the house and then sold it for a nice profit. We used the profit from this house to purchase six acres of land. We moved a mobile home on the six acre property and lived in the mobile home while we built a new three bedroom two bath home. We did use contractors for much of the work. However, we did do some of the work ourselves such as some plumbing, masonry and electrical. We also built a 24 foot by 24 foot barn to house the farm animals we planned to raise. After 28 years, we still live in this house. Over the years we have owned and raised horses, cattle, chickens, turkeys, goats, sheep, dogs and cats. Now that we are in our retirement years, we no longer raise farm animals and therefore have an opportunity to travel to Leicester more often. This provides an opportunity for us to offer to be reliable house sitters and the home owner can feel secure when they leave Leicester for a holiday or business trip.
Career-Retirement
Retired from a professional position with the government after 25 years of service. After four years in the military in the electronics field and graduating college in the electronics field, started a career in the government which Included 20 years software design with some electronics troubleshooting and maintenance. The final few years in an office management position.
